DELIVERY INFORMATION

Nappy Rhyme delivers to all of the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. 

 

Delivery Timings

We are currently dispatching orders within 1-2 working days. 

 

Standard delivery UK 

Most orders are sent with Royal Mail 1st Class post who aim to deliver the next working day including Saturdays. 

 

Non-mainland UK

 Delivery may take 2-4 days for non-mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and delivered Monday to Saturday. Please note we are not able to dispatch or deliver on public holidays. 

 

Personalised orders 

All personalised orders are dispatched within 7 working days. The above delivery timings apply. 

 

We may use other couriers from time to time. You with find the name of your courier company in the dispatch notification email together with the order’s tracking number, if applicable. The tracking number may show as ‘invalid’ until the next working day. If the phone number is provided at checkout, you may receive a text notification from the courier company. 

Delivery timings are an estimate and not guaranteed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

This policy sets out the returns and refund policy for goods or services purchased through the Nappy Rhyme online store.

 

Returning your product because you’ve changed your mind

Please return your item unused and in their original condition and packaging (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 35 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as you have met all terms and conditions.

 

Returning a damaged item

If your product is damaged when you receive it, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. 

 

Terms and conditions of our policy

  1. If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition, within 35 days of purchase and with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. By original condition we mean:

    1. You’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price

    2. You haven’t used the product

  2. Gift cards must be returned unused and refunds will be made once the gift card has been cancelled and deactivated.

  3. Ordinarily if you have your receipt or order confirmation, we’ll refund the original method you’ve used to purchase.

  4. Your return will be inspected and we will check it is eligible for a refund. If so, we will credit your original payment method within 14 days. 

  5. If you haven’t received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn’t been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account. 

  6. We’re unable to refund or exchange products made to your own specifications or personalised for you.

  7. If you opted for enhanced delivery service (for example, Express Delivery, Next Day delivery etc), only the standard delivery cost will be refunded. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us. 

  8. If you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation. 

  9. If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for). 

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Which products can’t be returned or refunded?

 

  • Products you received over 35 days ago

  • Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)

  • Products without original packaging or labels

  • Products in a used or worn condition 

  • Products that have been personalised for you, or made to your specific measurements 

  • Gift wrapping service
